About the Bosmont SDA church
The Bosmont SDA church was started in 1969. The church is embedded in a static so called "Coloured-Malay" residential area. People from various cultures have moved through here and most have come to make it their home. When worshipping with us you would find a vibrant, warm and caring community of people ready to welcome you into their church family.
Our Mission
To be a beacon of light and hope in our community, displaying love and kindness to all as disciples of Christ proclaiming His LOVE and the everlasting gospel of
Revelation 14 v 6-12.

I hail from a small town in the Little Karoo by the name of Oudtshoorn, the home of the Ostrich and the world renowned Cango Caves. Here I was raised and did my primary and secondary schooling. After high school I studied Education and taught for 11 years. I then went on to marry my high school sweetheart, Salome. We have two children named Sammar and Salme. After twelve years of teaching the Lord called us into ministry and we heeded the call to go study at Helderberg College in Cape Town. After completing my theology studies, we were called to serve in the Cape Conference and served there for two years in the beautiful city of Cape Town. We then received a call to serve in the Northern Conference Town of Klerksdorp for 3 years. Thereafter we were called to serve in the Northern Conference in the City of Johannesburg where we currently serve at the Noordgesig, Riverlea, Davidsonville and Bosmont Seventh-day Adventist congregations. I am presently pursuing a Masters degree in International Development and Administration through our flagship tertiary institution, Andrews University in the USA.
